Snuug is a digital self-service hospitality concept. You will not find a reception hall or gym here — instead, you will enjoy privileged access to remarkable and fragile natural sites, while staying in the full comfort of an autonomous connected suite: a different approach to contemporary hospitality.

Reservations & Payment

• Prepaid reservations are non-refundable, but guests may change their booking dates depending on availability.
• A second cancellation cannot be modified again or refunded.
• Full prepayment by credit card is required at the time of booking.
• A valid credit card is necessary to confirm your reservation.

Eligibility

• Snuug suites are reserved for adults aged 16 and over. No child bedding is available.
• No pets are allowed.
• All Snuug suites are non-smoking, including electronic cigarettes.
  Smoke odours are uncomfortable indoors, and cigarettes pose a risk outdoors.
  A CHF 500 smoking fee per day will be charged if traces or odours of smoking are detected in your suite.

Gift Vouchers

Snuug gift vouchers may be postponed up to one year after the date of issue.
Vouchers are personal and non-refundable.
