The mini-bar offers Nespresso coffees, Newby teas and chilled Valser water at your leisure.

For dinner, our digital room service offers gourmet baskets of local Jura products served at the right temperature, a traditional fondue served on the terrace, and a selection of wines and Champagne kept ready in your refrigerated wine cellar.

Your order, delivered to your suite by your Anges-Gardiens, can be enjoyed on the terrace or by the fire, depending on the weather.

What is a Snuug?

A Snuug is a hotel suite for two, delicately nestled in the heart of remarkable nature:

20 m² interior with sleeping area, lounge, bathroom and contemporary comforts
Protected 5 m² terrace with lounge seating and a view to the horizon
Interior lounge with a chaise longue and its matching footstool
Connected pellet stove with adjustable gentle heat
Mini-bar, Nespresso machine and wine cellar available at your leisure
Bathroom with shower and combustion toilet
Soft towels, Aesop body and hair care products, hairdryer
Comfortable 160x200cm bed for two
Free Wi-Fi and access to the onboard smart home system
Pets not permitted

Arrival and departure

"Check-in: from 3:00 pm — Check-out: no later than 12:00 pm — Late check-out: subject to additional charges if scheduling permits.

Booking‍

After booking your stay online, you will receive a confirmation email with all detailed information, including the GPS coordinates and access code for your Snuug.

Contact‍

A Guest App and your Guardian Angels will be on hand to assist with all your requests and local activity recommendations. The exact location of the property and your Guardian Angels' contact details will be provided at the time of booking.

Getting here‍

You may arrive by car — a parking area is available and marked with a P sign. From there, you will reach your Snuug on foot, ensuring you are truly immersed in nature. You may also choose to travel by train with SBB or CJ, in which case secondary transport options can bring you close to your Snuug — or alternatively, your Guardian Angel can arrange to pick you up from the nearest station on request (additional charge applies)

Rates and conditions

Nightly rates are dynamic and vary according to the time of year, particularly during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year, February, and July through August.

Security deposit‍

A bank pre-authorisation of CHF 750 is required on the guest's credit card at the time of booking. This amount is not charged. Provided no damage is found during the post-departure inspection, the pre-authorisation will be released.

Cancellation‍

Reservations are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation occurs at least 15 days before the originally scheduled arrival date, the guest may benefit from a stay deferral. The amount paid will then be credited to the guest's account as a voucher, valid for 12 months. No second deferral or further cancellation will be permitted.

Gift vouchers‍

Snuug gift vouchers can be purchased on our website — OFFER A GIFT — and may be deferred up to one year from the date of issue.

Breakfast and room-service

Breakfast is delivered to your suite between 7:30 and 8:30 am, or left in the sheltered area on your terrace.

For dinner, our digital room service offers gourmet baskets served at the right temperature delivered to your suite, fondue on the terrace, a selection of wines and Champagne, or recommendations for nearby restaurants.

The refrigerated mini-bar features still and sparkling Valser water, while wines and Champagne are available on request. For hot drinks, a selection of Nespresso coffees, herbal teas and Newby teas is available at your leisure.
